New Faculty: Jayme Simon, Middle School Health
We’re delighted to welcome Jayme Simon as our new Middle School Health Instructor. Ms. Simon has a B.S. from Northern Michigan University and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of St. Thomas.
Ms. Simon is excited to join the Breck community and is especially excited to work with Middle School students. “The foundation for living healthy will be shaped throughout their Middle School years, and I look forward to having a positive impact on that process,” says Simon.
Simon is an avid sport enthusiast. She listed her activities for us: cross-country skiing, biking, golfing, kayaking, hockey, pickle ball — and more! She also loves to knit and do crafty projects.
This summer, she completed the 2019 RAGBRAI (Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa) — an annual week-long ride covering 425+ miles across Iowa.
