GVPD Trains Breck Staff on Emergency Preparedness
Members of the Golden Valley Police Department met with all Breck staff during this morning's all-school training.
Patrol Commander Steve Johnson '84 and Operations Commander Dave Kuhnly along with Breck's security director Denny Arons shared best practices in school safety followed by a practice emergency evacuation drill.
Training included an overview of school emergency plans, what to do in a crisis, and detailed instruction on the "run-hide-fight" approach.
