Breck Alumnae Julia Murphy '18 and Kelly Reiling '18 Named Fulbright Scholars
We are proud to announce that Breck alumnae Julia Murphy ‘18 and Kelly Reiling ‘18 have been named Fulbright Scholars for 2022. Kelly and Julia were awarded the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Program Award and will teach in Taiwan. Both scholars expressed their deep gratitude for their experience in the Chinese Language Program at Breck. They noted that they dreamed of this opportunity long ago and are excited to fulfill that dream of teaching together in a place where they can use their Mandarin language skills.
Julia will graduate from Duke University in May with honors, majoring in Public Policy and minoring in Asian & Middle Eastern Studies and Environmental Science. Go to Julia’s full interview.
