BBB Bike Club
Breck student Caroline Pirtle ‘22, the Breck BBB Mountain Bike Club leader and racer for the BBB NICA Mountain Bike Team finished up her fourth race of the MN High School Cycling League mountain bike season. Caroline is part of the BBB NICA Mountain Bike Team, which is a collective of Breck, Blake, and Benilde-St. Margaret’s students. Caroline is working to grow the BBB Mountain Bike Club and the sport among Breck students. Parents can learn more about competitive mountain biking for 5-12th grade students at http://www.minnesotamtb.org/. The BBB Mountain Bike club at Breck is planning fall and spring training rides in Theo Wirth Park for the club’s members to prepare for the fall 2021 season. A group of Breck Upper School students were recognized for their writing in the Minnesota Scholastic Arts & Writing Regional Awards. Students submitted poetry, critical and personal essays, flash fiction, and shorts stories. Congratulations to our outstanding writers!
