Wilson Mills, apple farmer, visited the LS community meeting on 11-7 to speak to the apple orchard process and benefits of eating locally.


Organic / cage free eggs are now offered daily on the salad bars.


Organic chicken breast is now offered along side any breaded chicken entrée.


In November, we are featuring cranberries and legumes.  Watch for them!


Kale chips have been added to the LS snack rotation.
