At Breck, success is a team effort. Whether in the lab, on stage, or in competition, our students push boundaries together—supporting, challenging, and inspiring one another. This past month, we celebrate the incredible achievements of our various groups as they represent Breck on competitive and creative stages. Their hard work, dedication, and camaraderie continue to showcase the spirit of excellence that defines our community. Take a look at some of the groups below that made Breck proud!
For the second straight time, Breck School brought home first place in Class A at the Minnesota State High School Math League State Tournament!
In its second year, Breck's DECA chapter sent 12 students to the MN State Career Development Conference in early March. Special congratulations to Adē Stern '27 for qualifying to attend the International Career Development Conference in Orlando!
Congratulations to our 4-5-6 All State Honor Choir singers! They spent the afternoon of 3/29 at St Michael-Albertville High School working with guest conductor Greg Gilpin, and performed a final concert in the evening.
Rodeo Robotics, the 7th-9th Grade Robotics team for Breck, were the winners of the 10,000 Lakes Regional competition at the end of March!
Dr. Horne and our Advanced Upper School Chorale sang in the MSHSL Large Group Contest in the morning of 2/27/25. In the same afternoon, they performed at several of our community service sites. Their day ended with the National Anthem at the Minnesota State High School Wrestling Championship!
Breck sent 34 Middle and Upper School students to the Twin Cities Regional Science Fair earlier this month, with 23 total group or individual projects. Of the 23 projects, 18 projects qualified to the Minnesota State Science and Engineering Fair!
Our Winter Sports season wrapped up at the end of March, and three of our teams got third place at their State tournaments! Congratulations to Boys Swim, Boys Basketball, and Girls Gymnastics for this huge accomplishment.
