"I hereby donate to Breck School the sum of ______ (or percentage of estate, or description of property) to be utilized for _________ purposes. Additionally, I instruct that any interest or other income accrued by said bequest shall also be allocated to Breck School from the date of my decease until fully disbursed."

Being a charitable organization, Breck can accept retirement plan assets exempt from taxes entirely. Contributing assets to Breck in this manner will yield a charitable deduction and aid in minimizing any estate tax liabilities your estate might encounter.

You have the option to designate Breck as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy, granting your estate a charitable deduction from estate taxes for this contribution.

Your primary residence, farm, vacation home, as well as commercial or other real estate properties you own, can be leveraged to make a charitable gift to Breck. Additionally, real estate assets can be contributed to the school through a bequest.

A charitable gift annuity is an agreement between a donor and a non-profit organization, where the donor receives regular payments for life determined by the value of assets transferred to the organization. Upon the donor's passing, the assets are retained by the organization.
