BRECK, an unparalleled experience...

The Breck Fund elevates our educational model from foundational academic programming to a fully immersive Breck experience, one that touches the minds and hearts of each and every student on a daily basis.

Guided by an exceptional faculty and supported by the collective generosity of our community, our students become the confident lifelong learners our mission affirms, enabling them to become leaders of tomorrow who are intellectually curious, equipped with strong self-knowledge, and committed to social responsibility. When they graduate from Breck, they are poised to make a difference in the world around them for the greater good.

The Breck Fund helps make this happen.Tuition and endowment draws make up 80% of Breck’s annual budget. The Breck Fund, our annual giving priority, helps bridge this gap. It ensures that our students and faculty have unparalleled experiences in academics, arts, athletics and all areas of pursuit on campus. From attracting and retaining the best and brightest faculty with competitive salaries to offering admission to intellectually gifted students regardless of financial constraints, the Breck Fund ensures a rich environment for teaching, learning and collaborating. The Breck Fund provides a vibrant total learning experience for every Mustang, every single day.

Participation at any amount also signifies a high level of community commitment to the school’s mission, and it strengthens our case when seeking support from foundations and corporations. As an example, Breck’s Peter Clark Center was awarded a $250K Educational Leadership Grant from The Edward E. Ford Foundation in 2023 in support of their work on Breck’s Dynamic Learner Profile.  A key metric required as part of the Ford Foundation application process was providing Breck’s parent participation rates in the annual fund (Breck Fund) over the past several years.

Participation in the Breck Fund matters; and your gift, regardless of size, ensures that both current and future students continue to benefit from the exceptional educational experience Breck School has provided since its founding in 1886.
