Author Majka Burhardt ’94 wrote More: Life on the Edge of Adventure and Motherhood. Her story is about the deep reality of life with motherhood, career, marriage, and, in her case, climbing, all jammed up together and trying not to break. Majka’s book is based on journals and recordings she took when the two paths of being one of the world’s leading female professional rock and ice climbers collided with pregnancy and motherhood to twins.
