Where Does It Come From?
The June 2017 issue of Today at Breck includes an article titled "Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies." In the article, we discuss how Breck's Dining Services works hard to utilize organic and local foods. We included a map of Minnesota and Wisconsin that indicates the locations of the local farms where we buy those items. Bob Miles, Dining Services Director, provided a complete list of those food sources.
