This summer, I will be taking French literature and culture courses in Paris through Boston University's Paris Liberal Arts Program. Also, this coming fall semester I will be reading at Worcester College, Oxford University with a major tutorial in 20th century poetry and a minor tutorial in the Gothic architecture of England.
So, those are the highlights of college life thus far! I'm still writing for the Star Tribune as a freelancer when opportunities arise and am starting to get some poems together to submit for publication.
It is impossible to credit one experience/person that helped me the most in my transition to Wheaton. All of my classmates and teachers have influenced the choices I've made in my college experience thus far. However, Mr. Rosenfield, Mr. Moos, and Mr. Crow, each in their own way, helped me to realize that success is the result of two things: allowing yourself to discover what you truly love and acquiring the confidence to pursue it.
