Girls Take Second at State
It was a hard-fought game that ended in a 3-1 victory for top-seeded Warroad. The winning goal came with less than 2:00 left in the game, and the final empty-net goal coming with less than 20 seconds to play.
Sophomore goalie Taylor Neisen was Breck's player of the game, and Kayla Mork scored the goal for the Mustangs.
Kate Schipper, Hayley Opperman, Kayla Mork, Milica McMillen and Taylor Neisen were named to the All-Tournament team.
