Track and Field

Senior Carmen Lundell finished second in the final of the 100 M hurdles, and senior Lanre Adekola finished fifth in the state in the high jump. Congratulations to them both!

Boys Tennis

Class A Team Champions!

With a 7-0 semifinal victory over Benson/KMS in the semis and a 6-1 win over Rochester Lourdes in the finals, the Breck boys are the new state champions. Congratulations to singles players Will Oberrender, Myles Tang, Eric Chien and Felix Mettke and doubles teams Andrew Engel and Daniel Carpenter, Brenham Wong and Grant Bemis, and Trotter Oberrender and Max Berman!

Class A Individual Competition: Final Individual Results

Senior Will Oberrender won his semifinal match against Blake's Jack Bryant (6-4, 6-2) but lost in the championship Class A singles match to Rochester Lourdes junior Ben Kopecky (6-2. 6-3).

Grant Bemis and Andrew Engel won their semifinal match against SPA's Dillon Titcomb (12) and Harry Whitaker (11) (6-7 [5-7], 6-4, 6-4) but lost in the championship Class A doubles match to Blake's Tips Jackley (12) and Ford Traff (10) (6-1, 7-5).

Daniel Carpenter and Myles Tang lost in the quarterfinals to the eventual doubles champions, Jackley and Traff  (6-3, 6-4).

Congratulations to all on a great season!

Boys Golf

Our golfers had a very strong second day of play. David Stofer finished in a tie for seventh in the state, shooting a 35-39 for a tournament total of 152.

And Eric Laorr finished in a tie for twelfth in the state, shooting a 37-35 for a tournament total of 154. Eric was also tied with one other golfer for the best round (72) on Day Two.

Congratulations to both boys on a great showing in Class AA.

Girls Golf

Sophomore Anna Laorr finished fifth in Class AA, after shooting a 39-40 on Day Two, for a tournament total of 158. 

Kayla Mork ended up in 51st place with a Day Two score of 48-47 for a total of 188.
